I found the two days (in Chamonix) thoroughly exhilarating and challenging as well as a lot of fun and I genuinely think we can take some tangible benefits back to the work place. We’re all really pleased with how it went and what we achieved.
Repeating what I tried to say when we were together, in that the part that you and Christian played in making the event so successful and enjoyable was huge and is massively appreciated. Not simply your expertise, support and facilitation but the social and team aspects of the trip where everyone seemed to integrate really well and maintain the right level of humour throughout - except perhaps my French phrases!

So many of our delegates who were present at your talk have told me how absorbing, inspiring – and indeed humbling – they found it. They told me how refreshing it was to listen to somebody who had something truly interesting to say – somebody whose extraordinary practical achievements build into a story that demands to be told. I fully agree with those members and I like the way you concentrated on the facts, avoiding the Christmas-cracker homilies and platitudes which characterise the style of so many "motivational speakers".
